While bandwidth is available on most metro fiber rings, carriers often can’t justify laying fiber to each and every building in an area, which can limit revenue potential, and frustrate business customers. SONAbeam® systems allow service providers to increase their fiber ring revenue base by installing lateral links to off-net buildings, responding quickly and cost efficiently to the need of any customer.
