Sales Adminstrator
fSONA Networks, a manufacturer of high band width wireless communications equipment, is seeking a Sales Administrator to assist in administering all duties and projects that come under the responsibility of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Sales, as well as the sales team
- Assist with processing sales and product updates
- Track and analyze sales activities
- Coordinate field training registration, confirmation, and documentation
- Process new product requests
- Analyze and report sales data
- Manage special projects for the department
- Coordinate events listings on company website
- Track sales and training information
- Coordinate sales activities with various other departments including purchasing, manufacturing, accounting, engineering, and marketing
- Coordinate travel and events
- Serve as an active participant on sales team
- Represent the company at conferences and tradeshows
- Other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
- 1-3 years administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- High School Diploma; college degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills to include, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be extremely organized and responsible
- Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with teams under pressure
