Sales Adminstrator

fSONA Networks, a manufacturer of high band width wireless communications equipment, is seeking a Sales Administrator to assist in administering all duties and projects that come under the responsibility of the sales department.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Sales, as well as the sales team
  • Assist with processing sales and product updates
  • Track and analyze sales activities
  • Coordinate field training registration, confirmation, and documentation
  • Process new product requests
  • Analyze and report sales data
  • Manage special projects for the department
  • Coordinate events listings on company website
  • Track sales and training information
  • Coordinate sales activities with various other departments including purchasing, manufacturing, accounting, engineering, and marketing
  • Coordinate travel and events
  • Serve as an active participant on sales team
  • Represent the company at conferences and tradeshows
  • Other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years administrative support experience in a corporate environment
  • High School Diploma; college degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills to include, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be extremely organized and responsible
  • Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with teams under pressure
