fSONA's line of infra-red illuminators leverage fSONA's extensive expertise in optics, ruggedized housings, thermal design and high power infrared transmission to deliver leading class infra-red illumination for any CCTV installation. Combining the latest advances in optics, electronic feedback and green LED technology, the fSONA series of illuminators deliver outstanding performance with minimal environmental impact.
The series features the latest developments in interchangeable holographic optics which allows the user to match the angle of illumination to the required field of view. A wide range of lenses are available for each system in order to meet the demands of any installation. Each kit includes interchangeable lenses to deliver angles of 15, 30 and 60 degrees which is enough flexibility to cover most applications. A standard illuminator kit delivers 15° circular, 30 x 15° and 60 x 25° elliptical angles. Other angles are also available.
All products in the series also incorporate hot-spot reduction technology (HRT) allowing them to produce images of much higher quality than is possible with regular LED illuminators. The HRT system dispenses a highly diffused elliptical beam shape which delivers light to the areas where it is most needed. This translates into greater illumination distances, reduced light and energy wastage all the while preventing overexposure of foreground objects.
